The vehicle. The business. The funding.

A MAN TGE purchase can range from a completed panel van to a chassis cab with a specialist body. The finance enquiry should identify the vehicle the business will actually receive, including the body, equipment and any work still to be completed.
Check load dimensions, vehicle weight, cab configuration and access requirements with the supplier. For a conversion, establish who provides the chassis, who completes the work and when each supplier expects to be paid.
DCF can discuss hire purchase or finance lease for a new or used TGE and can explore sourcing requirements. If you are comparing a Volkswagen Crafter, use our separate Crafter guide as well; quotations and specifications should be compared for the individual vehicles.
Include the precise vehicle and body specification. A workshop, delivery van or tipper conversion changes the purchase requirement and may involve more than one supplier.
Provide the registration, age, mileage and available service history, along with details of the body and fitted equipment. The lender considers the complete asset and its value.
For a body build, set out the quotation, milestones and handover date before committing to the supplier. Not every lender supports payments for an unfinished vehicle.

Your funding options
Spread the purchase cost through agreed repayments. Ownership can pass to your company once all contractual payments and any option-to-purchase fee have been paid.
Compare the deposit, VAT due at the start, monthly payments, fees and any final payment together.
Your company uses the van in return for rentals while the finance provider retains ownership. Understand the initial rental, ongoing payments and end-of-term arrangements before signing.
Your accountant can help assess the tax and accounting treatment for your business.
Deposits, rates, terms and any guarantees depend on your company, the vehicle and the lender. Use our calculator for indicative payments, then request a personalised quotation for the vehicle you want to buy.

Your questions answered
Yes, a used MAN TGE can be considered for a UK limited company, subject to lender assessment. Provide the supplier quotation or listing, vehicle age, mileage, condition and your preferred initial payment and term.
Potentially. Supply the full chassis and body specification and explain whether you are buying a completed vehicle or commissioning a build. Separate supplier and staged payment arrangements need lender agreement.
The lender may consider eligible equipment as part of the purchase. Ask for an itemised quote covering the van, conversion and installation and confirm ownership and supplier payment arrangements before proceeding.
A UK limited company can discuss an enquiry with DCF. Explain annual mileage, the route or contract, the vehicle specification and required delivery date. Approval and terms depend on the lender’s assessment.
We can discuss your funding and sourcing requirements for either vehicle. Compare the actual supplier quotations, load space, payload, equipment and delivery dates rather than assuming equivalent specifications or finance terms.
