The practical answer
Lenders may request purchase invoices, payment evidence, finance clearance and identification tying the documents to the exact machine.
Collect serial numbers, photographs, seller details and the chain of purchase records available. Tell the lender about gaps, recent transfers or any discrepancy between the invoice and machine.
A registration document, possession of the equipment or an online advert is not conclusive proof of unencumbered ownership. The lender decides which evidence and checks are sufficient for its transaction.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
