The practical answer
Access platforms may be eligible for asset finance, with age, hours, condition, specification and intended use relevant.
Provide machine identification, capacity, working height, service history and seller details. Explain whether it is for the business’s own jobs or will be hired out.
Include transport, storage, maintenance and inspection costs in the forecast. A funding offer does not verify that the platform is suitable for a site or replaces the checks needed before operating it.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
