The practical answer
Possibly, but the lender will assess total exposure and how the first batch is performing, rather than treating the second order in isolation.
Provide updated bank information, existing payment commitments, utilisation and evidence of additional work. Explain whether cash from the first contract is arriving as forecast.
A successful first application is not an automatic approval for expansion. Plan deposits and operating cash for both batches, especially if customer receipts arrive after finance repayments start.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
