The practical answer
Dumpers may be considered as construction assets, with specification, condition and intended use relevant to the proposal.
Give the make, model, capacity, year, hours and seller details. For specialist or tracked equipment, explain the work it enables and provide photographs or a detailed supplier specification.
If buying several items as a package, allocate a price to each. Lenders may assess resale value and remaining life differently across a dumper, digger and trailer.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
