Can I finance a concrete mixer truck for subcontract work?

A mixer truck may be considered where the business, asset and subcontract income support the proposal.

The practical answer

A mixer truck may be considered where the business, asset and subcontract income support the proposal.

Provide the chassis and mixer specification, age, maintenance evidence and seller quote. Explain the subcontract arrangement, payment terms, expected workload and who pays fuel and running costs.

If income depends on one contractor, model quieter periods or termination. The length of a subcontract does not automatically determine the finance term or remove the company’s repayment obligation.

Important

Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.

What should I do next?

Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
