The practical answer
Missing documents can make ownership checks harder, but the lender can explain what alternative evidence it may consider.
Try the supplier, accountant and company payment records for duplicates or supporting information. Provide machine identification and disclose any gaps in the purchase history.
Possession or an asset-register entry alone may not be sufficient. Do not recreate an invoice yourself or assume a valuation also proves title; the lender must be satisfied on both value and ownership.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
