The practical answer
Eligible materials-handling equipment may be considered, including used machines where condition and value are acceptable.
Provide lift height, capacity, power source, year, hours, seller and full price. Explain the warehouse task and include chargers or attachments as separate line items.
Check that the equipment fits the building and racking with the supplier. Finance approval does not validate aisle clearance, floor loading or workplace safety, and alterations to the warehouse may need separate funding.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
