The practical answer
No. Approval may be capped by value, asset, supplier and other conditions, even if you win the auction.
Confirm the specific asset and maximum supported amount, and allow for premiums and VAT. A lender may value the asset below the final bid.
If bidding exceeds the approved amount, the business may have to cover the gap or face an unaffordable payment deadline. Do not assume a higher winning bid automatically increases the facility.
Commercial finance is subject to status, lender approval and the specific asset and transaction. The right structure depends on the complete circumstances of the business.
What should I do next?
Have the asset details, supplier information and an outline of what the business needs ready. DCF can then discuss the requirement and identify which lenders may be suitable.
