Our Regulatory Status

DCF is a commercial finance broker. We arrange non-regulated commercial and asset finance for limited companies and are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The finance we arrange is for business purposes and falls outside the scope of the Consumer Credit Act and FCA regulation, which apply to consumer (personal) lending.

How We Work

We're a credit broker, not a lender — we don't lend money ourselves. We work across a panel of lenders rather than for any single one, and aim to find suitable finance for your business from that panel.

We may receive commission from a lender when we successfully arrange finance for you. The amount can vary between lenders and products. Details of any commission relevant to your specific quote are available on request.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with our service, please contact us at finance@dcfgroup.co.uk or 01634 715 690 so we can put things right. As our business finance activity isn't FCA regulated, complaints about it don't fall under the Financial Ombudsman Service's compulsory jurisdiction, but we take every complaint seriously and will do our best to resolve it directly.
